Our Mission
The WSCC/G&G aims to celebrate the spirit of cycling and music while promoting economic development and fostering a cycling-friendly community in Winston-Salem. By hosting a blend of high-caliber athletic competitions and top-tier musical performances, the event provides a unique and vibrant experience for all attendees. With over 10 years of events WSCC/G&G has become one of Winston Salem's premier community events!
What We Offer
WSCC/G&G features a variety of activities that cater to both amateur and professional athletes, as well as music fans.
- Amateur and Professional Crit Racing: Exciting races that showcase the skills and endurance of cyclists at different levels.
- Professional UCI 1.1 Women’s Road Racing: A prestigious event that brings together elite women cyclists from around the world.
- Professional UCI 2.1 Men’s Road Racing: A top-tier road race featuring professional male cyclists.
- Flow Grand Fondo: Offering 58, 32, and 12-mile routes, this event welcomes cyclists of all abilities.
- Street of Fire: A thrilling drag racing-style event on 4th Street down Restaurant Row.
- Multi Day Music Festival: Featuring national-level musical talent, the festival brings a lively and entertaining atmosphere to the event.
Participation and Impact
The WSCC/G&G has become one of Winston-Salem’s showcase events, previously held on Memorial Day Weekend and more recently in late summer or early fall. It has transformed Winston-Salem into a holiday weekend destination, drawing visitors from far and wide.
