AFA Professional BMX Freestyle Bike Contest
(American Freestyle Association) The NCC has been one of the driving forces to bring this event to the area. Freestyle BMX is a classic style of biking and we feel it is important to help it thrive! The 2019 event brought World Class Talent to WS to compete for top honors. The NCC jumped back in with financial support for 2022 and has committed sponsorship dollars and support for this year’s event.
Mini Drome
The Mini Drome events are designed to offer a twist to competitive racing and as a result, creates a highly spectator-oriented experience. In years past the NCC has hosted numerous events where competitors battled head-to-head in a pursuit format until one cyclist remained.
Unique and Valuable
Currently, CHVC is the only program of its kind across North Carolina and possibly even nationally. We are proud to offer this unique opportunity for veterans to engage in recreational therapy, build community, and enjoy the great outdoors.
